1. BUSINESS LICENSE OR TWO PURCHASE INVOICES from wholesalers in Los Angeles Wholesale Fashion District (As proof that you are conducting business as a merchant)
2. VALID PHOTO ID
* If you are already an “ACTIVE BASIC” showroom customer, ONLY send a copy of an invoice made at the store.
